TRACK YOUR PARCEL 

As soon as your package is picked up by the courier we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online via "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page on our website.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or delays caused by the courier companies or customs.

  • Orders placed on the weekend: All orders placed on Fridays after 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • It is not possible to stop a shipment after your order is placed on the website as all our systems are automated and connected. Any exchanges, returns, canceling of order will have to be made once you receive the items and return them to us.

CUSTOMS DUTIES — NON-UK CUSTOMERS

If you are shopping from the UK or EUROPE your DELIVERY will be coming from our LONDON store.

If you are shopping from the US or CANADA or CARIBBEAN your DELIVERY will be coming from our MIAMI store.

If you are shopping from outside the UK or the US you are subject to paying import tax according to your country's law.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note that customers takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees even if should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE

The Route Policy provides shipping insurance for your online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).

Route will provide you with a summary of the Route Policy and instructions to file a notice of loss. Upon your agreement to these Terms of Use, the Route Platform and access to the Route Policy will be activated. If you opt in to the Route Policy, this charge will appear for you to review and verify at checkout. The Route Platform may, from time to time at Route’s sole discretion, test cost variances to identify the optimal conversion rate.

The Route Policy does not cover the following without a specific written amendment from Route: single orders exceeding $5,000 USD in value. All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable and non-transferable except as may be expressly provided in these Terms. 

Claims for packages marked “delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

In case you have NOT purchased the Route Shipping Insurance, the claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 30 days counting from the shipping date (for Europe), and after 50 days (USA & rest of the world ).
